KIRKPATRICK’S MODEL OF LEARNING EVALUATION
LEVEL
2 - LEARNING
Determine to what degree participants have acquired
the intended knowledge skills and attitudes based on participations in the
learning event. The focus is on effective acquisition of the content,
evaluating the effectiveness of the learning at this level is done through
performance demonstration or testing.
·
Level
2 focuses on measuring what your trainees have and haven’t learned.
·
In
the New World version of the tool, level 2 also measures what they think they
will be able to do differently as a result, how confident they are that they
can do it, and how motivated they are to make changes.
·
This
demonstrates how training has developed their skills, attitudes and knowledge,
as well as their confidence and commitment.
·
You
can compare their learning before and their training.
Level two
evaluation measures what the participants have learned as a result of the
training.
When?
·
After
training conducted
How?
·
By
evaluating before and after the program
·
By
comparing both the results

Will

·
Will
